​Your new role

​As our new Local Key Account program  Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the programs and structures that support our key clients and drive growth. You will be part of our dynamic Client & Sales department, which is central to Ramboll’s mission to provide outstanding service and foster long-term partnerships. Your role will involve overseeing systematic implementations, ensuring consistency and alignment with global KAM standards, and supporting different Key Account teams.

​In this role, your strong project management skills will be essential as you prioritize client needs and align with broader strategies for growth. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging your understanding of Ramboll’s structure to enhance team performance. This structured and organized approach will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence and achieving our growth goals. Join us and be part of a collaborative and market driven team. ​

​Your key responsibilities will be:

  • ​Develop and manage programs and structures that support key clients and drive growth.
  • ​Ensure alignment and consistency with global KAM standards across different Key Account teams.
  • ​Prioritize client needs and implement strategies for systematic growth.
  • ​Engage with and manage stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • ​Provide guidance and support to Key Account teams to enhance their performance and deliver high-quality outcomes.
