Massive Bio, founded in 2014, transforms cancer patients’ access to clinical trials. We operate in 17-18 countries (North America, Europe, and LATAM) and employ 51-200 people. We use proprietary AI technology to match cancer patients with oncology and hematology clinical trials, regardless of their location, income, or cancer type. Our platform has onboarded over 190,000 cancer patients and matches them to more than 19,000 active trials worldwide.

We partner with pharmaceutical companies, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and healthcare institutions to speed up oncology trial enrollment, reduce dropout rates, and provide real-world evidence. We work with over 45 pharma and CRO customers, 130+ strategic partners, and more than 400 patient advocacy groups. We are a founding member of CancerX and participate in the White House Cancer Moonshot.

Our services include an AI-powered oncology pre-screening and matching platform for patients and caregivers. We also offer Trial Relay, a tool for physicians to find, screen, and refer patients to trials. The patient journey involves three steps: discovering prequalified clinical trials, receiving a personalized report within 24 hours (based on AI analysis and physician expertise), and getting ongoing support for financial assistance, insurance review, and appointment scheduling. We hold certifications for HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR, AICPA SOC, and PCI-DSS compliance. We specialize in targeted cancer therapies, cancer genomics, clinical trial selection, precision oncology, and cancer research, offering support in 11 languages.
