About the Role:

As the Manager, Solutions Consulting, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical leadership, customer value, and scalable go-to-market execution. This is a player-coach role where you will deliver high-impact pre-sales engagements while building a high-impact team grounded in enablement, value-based selling, and demo excellence.

You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to architect value-led solutions that solve complex customer problems and unlock revenue. You’ll also drive the development of prescriptive toolkits, demo frameworks, and enablement content to support repeatable, scalable engagements across segments.

This role is ideal for a collaborative and strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments, knows how to motivate technical teams, and brings a strong bias toward customer impact, field readiness, and GTM alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers, ensuring consistency in discovery, technical storytelling, and customer engagement
  • Develop scalable enablement programs and pre-sales playbooks that strengthen field readiness, improve sales velocity, and reinforce Spreedly’s value proposition
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to uncover needs and align use cases to Spreedly’s capabilities
  • Deliver business-driven demos and solution narratives that connect technical features to outcomes for commercial and enterprise buyers
  • Translate technical and business requirements into implementation plans and reusable solution architectures
  • Partner with AEs to guide strategic conversations, articulate ROI, and influence buyer decision-making through value-selling frameworks
  • Maintain and continuously improve Spreedly’s demo environment, technical artifacts, and objection handling materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutioning insights into product feedback loops, roadmap inputs, and onboarding
  • Lead and iterate scalable solutioning processes, templates, and best practices
  • Track team performance and solutioning impact via technical win rates, asset reuse, and time-to-value metrics
  • Serve as a technical lead for RFPs, compliance reviews, and enterprise evaluations
  • Educate internal stakeholders on value-based solution design and customer outcome alignment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring technical pre-sales teams in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Background in value selling, consultative discovery, or technical storytelling
  • Comfortable owning demos, ROI narratives, and stakeholder mapping in enterprise sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience building pre-sales collateral, enablement content, or sales training programs
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of technical documentation
  • Ability to simplify complex architectures and influence decision-makers

Additional Skills We Value:

  • Experience launching or maintaining demo environments and sales toolkits
  • Background in GTM or Sales Enablement programs across CS or Solutions
  • Contributions to onboarding or continuous learning programs for technical teams
  • Experience with implementation or support functions is a plus

We Offer US-based Employees:

  • Competitive salary + Equity
  • Outstanding Medical and Dental benefits, including 100% employer-paid options
  • Company-paid Life and Disability insurance
  • Optional vision and supplemental insurance options, and various Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Open Paid Time Off policy + 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents
  • Matching 401(k) plan (5% up to $5,000 yearly)
  • $1,000 annual professional development stipend
  • Monthly home working/digital lifestyle stipend, new MacBook, and one-time accessory reimbursement
  • Access to company-paid professional coaching service
