MARKETING ASSOCIATE - PART TIME
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
MediTelecare, the leading provider of behavioral healthcare to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), seeks a motivated and innovative Marketing Associate to work approximately 20 hours per week on a contract basis. This role will manage the creative design and execution of marketing campaigns and materials and distribute them via digital campaign to our client partners, social media platforms, and more. This person will take proactive measures to manage all aspects of marketing services to eliminate all missed opportunities to engage with both our current and potential new business. This is a remote opportunity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies
- Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to inform decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, clinical, people ops, finance, and more to design and drive marketing initiatives forward
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team
- Other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Advertising
- Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce
- Constant Contact experience a plus
- Ability to work with data analytics tools
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with social media advertising
- Understanding of content management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and appropriate content and presentations
- Proficiency in marketing technology and data analytics, including marketing automation, CRM, and Google Analytics
