The Role
We’re excited to find a Marketing Manager who can blend creativity with strategy to help elevate our brand and expand our customer base across the Middle East! In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving our business goals, including lead generation, acquisition, retention, digital initiatives, branding, and enhancing the customer experience. Day to day, you’ll be involved in running campaigns, managing our website, analyzing data, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and keeping our social media fresh and engaging.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Research, planning and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives focused on brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention for the ME region.
- Design, implementation, and management of highly targeted marketing campaigns across an integrated mix of marketing channels, inclusive of website(s), content, social media, and brand.
- Plan, deliver and drive the marketing campaigns and initiatives for X2.
- Lead, manage and oversee marketing campaigns and social media communications in conjunction with the Marketing Assistant.
- Strengthen Pepperstone’s brand awareness, digital presence, customer engagement, site traffic and sales through strategic planning and execution.
- Placement of advertising to support Pepperstone’s revenue initiatives through media planning, digital metrics and scientific optimisation of marketing investment.
- Set KPIs to closely monitor and provide bi-monthly reporting on campaign performance, including capturing and assessing learnings to ensure continual campaign optimisation.
- Partner closely with work alongside internal stakeholders responsible for the array of customer touchpoints such as Sales, Product, Research, SEO and UX teams, to ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and strong brand experience across all channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with third parties, including publishers of content and media/advertising agencies.
- Work with technology and data science teams to create personalised, timely and relevant customer outbound communication strategies.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are produced in accordance with the compliance guidelines based on relevant regions.
- Effectively manage the budgets for ME region ensuring we are on target monthly.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy; track performance through detailed reporting and deliver clear ROI analysis to inform future campaigns.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate level in business and/or marketing
- Post-graduate qualifications and digital marketing expertise preferred
- Strong passion for customer centricity
- The ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo and transform the Pepperstone brand
- Excellent written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen - able to understand the role of content in the broader business operations and apply commercial thinking to content development.
