Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced B2B marketing consultant to lead our marketing transformation across key channels. This part-time role (10-20 hours/week) requires a strategic generalist who can drive immediate impact while building sustainable marketing systems for our growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Overhaul: Lead the redesign and optimization of our website to improve conversion and user experience
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for buyers, sellers, and prospects
- Paid Advertising: Oversee the management and optimization of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels to drive qualified leads
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our designer on brand refresh and marketing asset development
- Marketing Operations: Establish processes, tracking, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or AI companies
- Proven track record marketing to SMB audiences
- Hands-on experience with website management, email platforms, and paid advertising
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize based on performance data
- Experience working independently in consultant or fractional marketing roles
Highly Preferred
- Knowledge of VC ecosystem or M&A/acquisition space
- Experience in fintech or business services
- Familiarity with business valuation or financial services marketing
- Background with marketplace or two-sided platform businesses
