Envoy Global is searching for a Marketing Specialist to contribute content creation, brand awareness and pipeline growth across the EMEA market. The Marketing Specialis t role combines regional field marketing with content and communications expertise to executie high-impact campaigns, coordinate events, develop content and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact. Collaborate with our sales, business development, subject matter experts and in-market leadership to craft regional strategies and assets that are in close alignment with global objectives!
This position is a 100% Work From Home role (within UK) with the potential for some travel.
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be required to:
- Plan and execute marketing activities to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads aligned with regional goals.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline objectives.
- Own logistics and execution for regional events—including industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and roundtables.
- Contribute to the management and optimization of marketing performance channels.
- Assist in tracking and analysis of marketing performance metrics, reporting ROI on regional campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Develop and localize content for campaign assets, social media, email marketing, and company publications.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to source, develop, and write content, including evergreen immigration articles, .
- Craft compelling content for social media, blogs, branding collateral, website, newsletters, emails and press releases.
- Contribute to the centralized marketing editorial calendar and oversee creation of in-region marketing assets.
- Conduct interviews with internal and external thought leaders to generate high-quality, bylined or ghostwritten content.
- Identify key immigration topics, trends, and regulatory developments for proactive content planning.
- Ensure all content meets legal, regulatory, and brand compliance standards.
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or field marketing, ideally within the EMEA region.
- Background or general knowledge of content creation, demand generation, campaign execution, and event marketing.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and analytics, with an ability to report on ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various formats (blogs, newsletters, emails, press releases, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to coordinate events and oversee regional campaigns.
- Ability to develop localized content tailored to regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and working with internal thought leaders to generate insightful content.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn marketing software (HubSpot), CRM platforms, design software (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud) and content management systems (WordPress).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding legal, regulatory, and brand compliance standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional leaders, effectively managing dynamic relationships to drive alignment and achieve shared business goals.
- Degree and/or academic or professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency relevant to EMEA markets is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and regional events.
- Experience working within a multinational or globally focused organization is helpful.
- Understanding of immigration, employment regulations, or global mobility is a major plus, but not required.
