Hi There, This is Jessica from CI&T!

I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Marketing Automation for a Marketo Technical Specialist to work on a special project with one of our largest international clients in the financial area, which requires you to work at our Campinas office.

Responsibilities:

Build, execute, and optimize Marketo programs across the lead lifecycle, including emails (HTML/CSS), landing pages, forms, tokens, and engagement programs.

Design and manage smart campaigns, dynamic segmentation, and multivariate tests to drive personalization and performance.

Implement and refine lead scoring models, nurturing workflows, and lifecycle stages in alignment with marketing and sales goals.

Ensure proper CRM (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) integration and data flow, including use of webhooks, APIs, and custom sync logic.

Govern and maintain data quality through segmentation, deduplication, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and database hygiene practices.

Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement of marketing automation efforts.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support campaign planning and execution.

Document campaign processes, maintain automation best practices, and support internal enablement.

Requirements for this challenge:

Solid hands-on experience in Marketo Engage, CRM integrations, and data-driven marketing strategies in B2B environments.

Marketo Certified Associate (MCA)

Marketo Certified Expert (MCE)

Important: Willingness to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas base.
