⭐ Mission:
Join our dynamic media team as an apprentice to support us in designing, implementing, and optimizing both online and offline advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Under the mentorship of Sarah, our Global Media Lead, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing our advertising strategies across our European markets while ensuring campaigns meet business objectives within set timelines and budgets.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Media Apprentice at Qonto, you will:
• Participate in the design and implementation of online and offline campaign strategies with our media agency Dentsu and online media partners
• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure they deliver on objectives, on time and on budget
• Collaborate closely with team members and with brand and local marketing teams to better understand market business goals and specific challenges
• Develop your analytical skills and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and platforms
• Share media results with relevant partners and local stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings
🤔 What you can expect:
• Impact: Your work will directly contribute to Qonto’s growth by maximizing campaign effectiveness and market relevance, supporting our strategic objectives of brand expansion and market leadership

Sarah George joined Qonto as Global Media Lead, bringing extensive experience in brand and media strategy. You will also be working closely with Chloé Bard and Théo Ravel de Ferreirolles, our marketing managers.

Eagerness to learn: You’re enthusiastic about media and marketing, with a strong desire to grow your skills in this dynamic field
Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with numbers and have good command of Office Pack/Google Suite for data analysis and reporting
Communication skills: You’re fluent in both English and French, essential for communicating effectively with media partners and internal stakeholders
Collaboration: You enjoy working in teams and can adapt to different working styles and priorities
Previous experience: While not required, previous internship experience in media, marketing, or advertising is a plus
