We offer a finance solution for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), company creators, self-employed individuals, micro-enterprises, and associations. Alexandre Prot and Steve Anavi founded Qonto in 2016, launching our product in July 2017.
We provide a business account with tools for invoicing, bookkeeping, expense management, and financing. Our offerings include:

As a licensed Payment Institution, we safeguard funds and protect operations with 3D-Secure and Strong Customer Authentication technologies. We have raised €622m from various investors and serve over 600,000 customers across Europe. Customer support is available 7 days a week in 5 languages. We use technologies like Framework Js, GO, Notion, Crunchbase, and Generative AI tools.

Team & Culture
Qonto has a team of 1001 to 5000 employees with offices in Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Milan, Belgrade, and Amsterdam. Qonto offers flexible work arrangements. Hybrid contracts allow up to two remote days per week, in addition to office presence. Fully remote contracts are available for specific roles in France, Germany, Italy, Serbia, and Spain.

We offer competitive salaries above the industry median and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) for eligible roles. Work contracts include hybrid options: typically 3 office days per week, up to 2 remote days, plus 12 bonus remote days per year (within +/- 3 hours CET). Fully remote contracts are available in France, Germany, Italy, Serbia, and Spain, and we provide IT equipment. Our travel policy covers expenses for those on custom contracts visiting their team’s office at least once per quarter.
