ABOUT THIS POSITION:
We’re hiring a Media Buyer who’s an expert in Meta and Instagram advertising. If you live in Ads Manager, know how to decode performance data, and can confidently speak to clients about results, strategy, and optimizations—we want to meet you!
Your primary focus will be Meta and Instagram campaigns, but if you’ve got a background in YouTube or Google Ads, that’s a MAJOR bonus. Same goes for any creative skills—if you can build out visuals, write sharp copy, or cut together winning video ads, then that is great as well.
✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Instagram ad campaigns focused on performance and scale
- Own attribution, tracking, and reporting—your decisions are backed by data, not guesses.
- Set up and manage pixels, events, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking with precision
- Collaborate with creative teams or use your own creative skillset to test and iterate ad assets
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Report campaign results clearly to clients and internal teams
- Communicate directly with clients, providing strategy updates, performance reviews, and ideas for improvement
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes and ad trends
📈 BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience with YouTube or Google Ads
- Skills in creative design (graphic/photo editing, copywriting, video editing)
- Familiarity with tools like Hyros, Wicked Reports, Go High Level, or other attribution platforms.
📝 QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years experience with Meta and Instagram Ads
- Deep understanding of attribution and reporting—this is non-negotiable
- Strong communicator, especially in client-facing conversations
- Experience managing at least six figures in ad spend
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven to constantly improve
