Responsibilities
Manage billing processes for healthcare services, ensuring accuracy in billing and patient accounts
Review and correct billing discrepancies
Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries
Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on denials
Maintain accurate records of patient billing information and payments
Proven experience as a Medical Biller or similar role
Familiarity with medical billing software and insurance claims processing
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and billing codes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and manage time effectively

- Reliable Desktop/Laptop
- Processor: Intel I3/AMD Ryzen 3/MAC Intel I5 or higher
- RAM: Minimum 4GB (8GB recommended)
- Internet Connectivity: Minimum 20-25 Mbps wired connection
- Headset with noise-canceling feature for effective communication
