The Membership Associate will work in a call center environment, using their excellent communication skills and knowledge of the company’s financial planning approach to help expand Facet’s reach to millions of underserved Americans. Youโ€™ll be the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively representing Facet’s mission, brand, and value.

This position offers exceptional training and uncapped earning potential in a fast-paced sales environment for individuals dedicated to continuous learning and hard work.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns

  • Serve as the initial point of contact of our brand, sharing Facetโ€™s mission & value

  • Build strong rapport and relationships, while delivering an exceptional prospect experience

  • Qualify prospects through outbound calls, converting them into scheduled meetings for sales

  • Pass qualified prospects to sales to fuel their pipeline and generate revenue

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a call center environment

  • Excellent communication skills (conversational, confident, friendly, ability to control dialogue)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and assist others (customer-centric)

  • Sales-oriented mindset with tenacity, willingness, and perseverance

  • Ability to overcome objections and influence decision-making

  • Ability to learn new systems and in-house software and tools.

  • Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills

  • Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Companyโ€™s environment, and effect quality online connections

    • A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
    • If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employeeโ€™s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in cold calling prospects

  • Comfortable w/ change and has the ability to adjust/pivot in a fast paced sales environment

  • Experience or interest in the financial services industry is a plus

  • $50,000-$60,000 OTE
