We started Tines in 2018, with co-headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, and Boston, MA.

We offer an intelligent workflow and AI orchestration platform for security and IT teams. Our platform helps businesses automate processes, reduce risk, and manage technical debt. It connects tools, teams, and data, allowing for secure, scalable automation.

We run thousands of critical workflows daily for customers like Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, McKesson, ASOS, Coinbase, Dropbox, Experian, Mars, MongoDB, Notion, Pinterest, Plaid, Reddit, SAP, Snowflake, and Zendesk.

Our platform integrates with various tools, including LLMs, MCPs, and internal systems. For example, GitLab saved 750 days of work, and Snowflake saves 10 hours daily using Tines. KnowBe4 reduced ticket processing time by 50%, and some requests now take 30 seconds instead of 10-20 minutes.
