Join us as we seek a leader to drive the growth and success of our Mental/Behavioral Health Sub-Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, leading high-performance teams, and driving client engagement and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred
- Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred
- Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Mental/Behavioral Market
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead high-performance diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Submarket Business Plan
- Contribute to the success of the firm including the areas of strategy and market intelligence, business development and strategic client positioning, client and team leadership, expertise and resource development including mentoring of our people
- Be accountable for integrating our range of design services, managing our processes and delivering solid financial performance for the submarket
- Act as an ambassador of our brand, championing Living-Centered Design and bringing our Firm's purpose - to help people continuously flourish - to life in every touchpoint you have with our clients
Benefits
- Salary range: $178,000 to $222,500 annually
