Summary
Client Direct Mortgage is a technology-focused national lender offering a unique revenue sharing model and high commission rates to Loan Officers. The position allows Loan Officers to choose their own compensation, pay via 1099 in allowable states, earn 100% commission, and offers no tiers for full commission on every deal funded. Additional benefits include an annual Company Commission Cap, a robust RevShare Program, leads, technology, and support, and the ability to recruit other Loan Officers for additional revenue.

Be licensed in at least one of the 33 states where Client Direct Mortgage is licensed
Responsibilities
Perform loan origination tasks as a Loan Officer
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience as a top performing Loan Officer to be at the top of their game
