About The Role

You will work across all operations teams to drive strategic priorities, lead impactful projects, and deliver technology-driven process improvements. Combining benchmarking, best practices, and hands-on execution, you will identify opportunities, design solutions, and track key metrics to ensure measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Wearing many hats: partnering with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities,
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices,
  • Leading and/or supporting ops projects and new initiatives and managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders,
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,
  • Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company.

Expected Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
  • 3 - 5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred,
  • Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making,
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex business problems and decision, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,
  • Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn with agile mindset,
  • Passionate to working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
  • Excellent command of gsheet/excel, good command of BI tools and SQL preferred,
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,
  • Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
