About

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to drive growth and expand our presence in the restaurant and hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong sales skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable & effective at high levels of cold calling & outreach.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

  • Proven capacity to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle- from outreach, prospecting & qualifying through to closing.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Syrve’s solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

  • Present and pitch products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value to their operations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Create detailed sales reports and track performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.

  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
