Job Purpose:
To execute and optimize Syarah’s paid media campaigns across performance channels to drive qualified traffic, leads, Orders, and app installs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Implement tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversions) and coordinate with MarTech for clean attribution.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and creative experimentation to improve results.
Collaborate with design/content teams to brief ad creatives that align with best practices and campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to meet CPL, CPI, CPO, and ROAS targets.
Support campaign reporting and prepare regular performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
Stay updated on ad platform changes, beta features, and best practices.
2–4 years of experience running paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
Strong understanding of digital performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPL, CPO, ROAS).
Experience with campaign dashboards and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Highly detail-oriented with a performance-first mindset.
The vacancy can be either on-site in Jordan or remote from outside the country.
