- 10+ years of business analysis and architecture experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Pega implementations and business transformation projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization
- Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in gathering and defining complex business requirements
- Architect and design comprehensive business solutions using Pega
- Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on business process improvements and technology solutions
- Lead and oversee the development of detailed functional requirements, use cases, and interface designs
- Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, identify gaps, and propose Pega-based solutions
- Provide thought leadership in the application of Pega's capabilities
- Oversee and mentor junior and senior business architects
- Engage with senior executives and business leaders to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and facilitate the deployment of solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the Pega ecosystem, and integrate this knowledge into client solutions
