Requirements

  • Certified Pega Business Architect
  • 10+ years of business analysis and architecture experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale Pega implementations and business transformation projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in gathering and defining complex business requirements
  • Architect and design comprehensive business solutions using Pega
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on business process improvements and technology solutions
  • Lead and oversee the development of detailed functional requirements, use cases, and interface designs
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, identify gaps, and propose Pega-based solutions
  • Provide thought leadership in the application of Pega's capabilities
  • Oversee and mentor junior and senior business architects
  • Engage with senior executives and business leaders to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and facilitate the deployment of solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the Pega ecosystem, and integrate this knowledge into client solutions
