Summary
The job is for a Senior System Architect in a remote role at Stratosphere Consulting, focusing on Pegasystems case management consulting and development of Pega marketplace solutions. The candidate should hold specific certifications and reside in the US to be eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
- 4 years of progressively responsible experience, or Master's with 2 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
- Experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, and process-based applications
- Expertise in Pega architecture, design, and implementation features, along with a solid understanding of reuse and portability in enterprise solutions
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles, along with experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions
- Provide high-quality deliverables that meet technical and functional requirements, owning the end-to-end delivery of major feature sets
- Work as part of the team, following guidance, while also independently leading sub-team efforts
- Support and mentor the team in compiling, delivering, and maintaining project deliverables
- Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project stakeholders, adapting communication styles accordingly
- Support project leaders in scoping, sizing development efforts, and managing scope and risk
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry or functional domain expertise
- Intelligent Automation and/or Customer Engagement Experience
- Prior consulting or client services delivery experience
- Pega certifications such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) are preferred
