We are looking for an expert who will support and execute across HR compliance requirements, people programs and benefits administration. This role will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
You Will:
- Own Benefits and HR Compliance.
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, life status changes, and responding to benefit claims and 401K inquiries.
- Oversee employee leave requests, including managing documentation and compliance with short-term disability, long-term disability, LOA, FMLA, and medical disability.
- Handle unemployment paperwork and ensure adherence to relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, life status changes, and responding to benefit claims and 401K inquiries.
- Complete annual testing audits.
- Manage vendor relationships with Array’s 401k provider, broker, and healthcare administrators.
- Act as the point of contact for the various HR inquiries.
- Review and optimize Array’s HR tech stack
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS startups, with a strong leadership background in talent enablement, organizational design, and leadership support, particularly in tech or SaaS environments.
- Thrived in an environment where there has been a high degree of change, ambiguity, uncertainty and transformation.
- Proven expertise in benefits administration and HR compliance, with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience helping a company and HR team through acquisitions, mergers and revenue growth strategy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer thoughtful support and coaching to employees and leaders.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to influence decision-making through insights and analysis.
- Experience supporting remote teams and navigating environments with high degrees of change and ambiguity.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work hours aligned to ~9am - 6pm EST. (align to eastern time)

Pay Transparency: $100,000+ for base salary, depending on experience
