Are you a data-driven performance marketer with a passion for education and a deep understanding of the GCC market? iSchool is looking for a Performance Media Buyer to take our paid media efforts to the next level across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
As part of one of the leading EdTech companies in the region, you’ll play a key role in shaping how thousands of students and parents discover our programs in coding, AI, and game development.
🔧 Your Role:
Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
Drive high-quality lead generation and direct sales for our online programs targeting parents across the GCC.
Execute test-and-learn frameworks to constantly improve creative, audience, and placement performance.
Own tracking setup and accuracy through Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event-based attribution.
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Work closely with content creators, designers, and the sales team to align messaging and drive conversions.
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying.
Proven track record running high-converting campaigns in the education or EdTech space.
Deep knowledge of GCC audience behavior and regional trends on digital platforms.
Technical fluency with tracking tools like Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
A hands-on operator: you’re just as comfortable building campaigns as you are planning them.
✅ Bonus Points if You:
Previously worked with EdTech brands or lead-gen models targeting parents.
Have experience with A/B testing creatives and funnel conversion flows.
Understand Arabic or have experience localizing content for the GCC.
