Requirements
- Mastery with Python or TypeScript, comfortable picking up any language
- Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale, high-performance systems
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, and cryptographic principles
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals
- Deep understanding and experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CTO and be a key-decision maker and contributor to our technical vision and strategy
- Lead the architecture and design of the most critical systems and features
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the entire organization
- Identify and solve for critical system failures and deficiencies
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and approaches
