What you’ll do…
- Lead procurement strategy development and execution to support large-scale construction and technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Track and report procurement metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and vendor performance, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evolving market conditions to provide strategic procurement insights.
You should have…
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the construction or technology industries.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools to streamline operations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and achieve cost savings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required for project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a technical field, law, or business administration (MBA)
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP).
- Experience with procurement in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or capital projects.
