As Product Manager, Salesforce and Analytics on the Learning and Impact team, you will drive organizational excellence by aligning Salesforce with strategic goals, enhancing user experience, and streamlining processes. Your work will enable Rippleworks to deliver greater impact through optimized data collection, management, and analysis for informed decision-making across all programs.
Specifically, you will:
Salesforce Strategy & Management
Translate business needs into a strategic Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Act as primary liaison with tech partners; oversee development, testing, and deployment ; Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements
Serve as the primary administrator for all cross-org venture related internal systems (Groove, Form Assembly, Coefficient, etc.) and oversee integrations with Planhat, Hubspot, etc.
Support internal teams with Salesforce configuration changes and process enhancements
Drive cross organizational learning & technology adoption
- Serve as a strategic learning partner to teams across the organization, empowering them to leverage data for continuous improvement and greater impact.
- Develop training programs and create self-serve learning resources to build internal capabilities on using salesforce and how to gain insights from data
- Cultivate peer learning communities to share insights and promote best practices
Data Collection, Analysis & Insight Communication
- Align data collection with the strategic learning questions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem; identify trends and opportunities for streamlining processes
- Design and maintain reporting solutions for impact assessment
- Conduct qualitative interviews and translate data into compelling insights and visualizations to inform decision-making and drive strategy

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience at the intersection of business technology and data analytics, driving insights and operational efficiency
- 3+ years experience managing Salesforce implementations or product ownership
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing technology vendors and external development partners
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis methods
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Admin 201) or any other relevant experience a plus!
