As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to help drive innovation across both platforms.
The Role: We’re looking for a data-savvy Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply analytical, and has direct experience in the online retail space. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to lead product initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive business impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead product initiatives across BespokePost.com and HalfdayTravel.com
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer experience, analytics, and operations to identify and prioritize opportunities
Define clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive optimization
Leverage data to inform decisions—design experiments, interpret results, and adjust strategy
Use tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Fullstory to monitor performance and identify insights
Partner with the marketing team to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion
Report directly to the VP of Product and contribute to overall product strategy
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in online retail or e-commerce
Proven experience planning and conducting A/B testing programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with Mixpanel, Looker, and Fullstory
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment aligned to U.S. business hours
