Job description

Truss tackles tough technical problems for clients in the private sector and government. We use modern development practices to build software, streamline infrastructure, and train others through exposure to our teams. We have earned a reputation of pragmatism, autonomy, expertise, and trust.Β Our valuesΒ lend to strong relationships with contractors, partners, and employees because we believe they are fundamental to doing great work.

We have been a remote-first organization since our inception and are passionate about work-life balance, building diverse teams, and practicing radical candor. Truss is seeking a contract Product Manager.

We are seeking someone who has a consultative and collaborative approach, who enjoys interfacing with client stakeholders and technical teams, and has deep experience working in the weeds with cross-functional agile delivery teams.

A successful applicant will feel comfortable taking direction from, and supporting a Truss project lead, who has overall decision-making authority on the work.

This is a fully remote position.
