We started Demandbase in 2005 to offer B2B go-to-market (GTM) teams a pipeline AI platform that helps automate growth. Our platform gives a single view of data, insights, actions, and outcomes, helping B2B companies align and execute account-based GTM strategies.

We combine first, second, and third-party data, including information from CRMs, MAPs, web activity, chat, email, and calendars. This includes account IDs, contact and buying group IDs, firmographics, technographics, and intent signals. Our technology identifies and engages entire buying groups, not just individual contacts, and coordinates sales and marketing actions.

We have over 1,000 customers. We’ve grown our offerings through acquisitions: Spiderbook (2016) to automatically identify in-market companies, Engagio (2020) for B2B GTM strategies, and InsideView and DemandMatrix (2021) for comprehensive data across firmographics, technographics, intent, account identification, and contacts. In 2023-2024, we launched Pipeline AI to improve buying group intelligence and automated GTM execution.
