Job Title: Pulse Product Strategist & Solutions Specialist

Location: Remote (Must be US Based as Travel Required โ€“ Salesforce Events, Webinars, Client Meetings)

As a rapidly evolving AppExchange solution, Pulse is helping clients optimize operations, streamline care coordination, and transform their business processes on the Salesforce platform.

Role Summary

Weโ€™re seeking a Pulse Product Strategist & Solutions Specialist to serve as the bridge between product development, marketing, and sales. This individual must deeply understand the Salesforce ecosystem, healthcare use cases, and product go-to-market strategy.

You will play a critical role in evangelizing Pulse, running demos, crafting messaging, and collaborating with Salesforce stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure Pulse is positioned accurately in the ecosystem, is top of mind with AEs and RVPs, and is aligned to real-world customer needs in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine Pulse product messaging and positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem and broader healthcare market.
  • Serve as a solutions expert in demos, QBRs, webinars, and Lunch & Learns with Salesforce and client stakeholders.
  • Own the relationship with Salesforce Partner Managers specific to Pulse; create strategies to increase visibility across HLS sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap based on market feedback, competitive research, and customer input.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new features or verticalized offerings (e.g., behavioral health, pediatric home care).
  • Partner with Marketing to create sales collateral, case studies, success stories, and landing pages.Provide product training and support for internal teams and sales engineers.
  • Analyze market trends and the positioning of adjacent Salesforce-native products (e.g., Litify, Veeva, Accounting Seed) to refine Pulse strategy.
  • Support major Salesforce event presence (World Tours, Dreamforce) with Pulse-specific booth and demo strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years in Salesforce product strategy, solution engineering, or product marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including AppExchange, partner go-to-market strategies, and healthcare solutions.
  • Prior experience at a Salesforce ISV, PDO, or consulting partner highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and its positioning in the healthcare provider landscape.
  • Ability to confidently deliver demos to executives, Salesforce AEs, and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with product-market fit development, customer segmentation, and messaging frameworks.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Bonus Points For
  • Experience selling or supporting healthcare solutions on Salesforce, particularly in home care or behavioral health.
  • Relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and Partner Account Managers.
  • Background in a successful Salesforce-native product launch or scale-up.
  • Experience working with tools like Lucidchart, Gong, Salesforce CRM, and Highspot or similar.
