Job role: Mulesoft Production Support Specialist
Job Overview: The Mulesoft Production Support Specialist will focus on the operational stability and efficiency of our integration platform. You will be in charge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other IT support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform.
- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations.
- Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
- Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft.
- Understanding of integration architecture and API management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Mulesoft certification is a plus.
