Position Summary
Perform engineering duties in planning and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities. Develop, integrate, and analyze detailed project schedules. Facilitate the development of schedule data through interactive planning sessions with the project team. Develop and implement advanced activity organization codes in the project schedule. Perform quality assurance and control of all project related data. Attend recurring progress meetings with the client. Provide regular schedule and cost updates on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, as needed for integration into the master schedule. Analysis of schedule details to ensure accuracy of reported data across all project elements. Develop and prepare data output for inclusion of summarized senior level dashboards. Develop and prepare interdependency reports across all project disciplines for senior management.
Location: Various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Position Qualifications
- Education: Master’s – Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.
- Experience: Four (4) years in the position above, or in a related project controls role.
- Experience must include each of the following:
- 1. Developing and implementing the standards cost and schedule process.
- 2. Developing project cash flow, project cost forecast, and project variance analysis, project progress report, including creating Cost Performance Indices, Schedule Performance Indices, and applying change management processes.
- 3. Performing what-if scenarios, including time impact and delay analysis.
- 4. Obtaining and discussing project related information from project stakeholders and discussing project information with project leads and the manager.
- 5. Project management methodologies, schedule, cost control tools, and software.
- 6. Using Microsoft Office, SAP, and Primavera P6.
Additional Requirements
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
