We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver key strategic initiatives across our organisation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including members from product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies and solutions to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement & Methodology: Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to a high standard of quality, meeting the defined objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
About You
- 2+ years of proven experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Monday.com MS Project).
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable.
