We also offer real-time electronic prior authorizations and provide comprehensive patient coverage data. Jeff Spafford and Edward Hensley incorporated AssistRx in 2009. We launched the AssistRx Platform, iAssist, and Directive Analytics in 2011, followed by patient and provider engagement websites in 2013, Advanced Gateway in 2022, and Advanced Access Anywhere and GoodRx Prescription Services in 2024. AllazoHealth became part of our product portfolio in 2025. We serve over 40 life sciences companies, millions of patients, and hundreds of thousands of healthcare providers. Our work focuses on the specialty pharmaceutical industry, including prior authorizations, HIPAA consent, specialty patient support services, healthcare technology, specialty medications, and life sciences. We are headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with six locations across three time zones, including offices in Kansas and Iowa.
