What will you do?
Join the innovative team at Projective Group Belgium, where your role as a mediator project manager will be pivotal in steering our clients toward achieving their strategic aspirations. You’ll offer impactful advice and hands-on support, blending conceptual thought with tangible aid to drive projects to success.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management of comprehensive change programs.
- Grasp and align with the strategic direction and objectives of our clients.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to establish and meet realistic operational goals and timelines.
- Document processes thoroughly, oversee project progress, and generate detailed status reports.
- Analyse, document, and interpret business needs into viable technological solutions and technical architectures.
- Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies while ensuring conformity with industry standards.
- Advocate for operational consistency, gauge progress against objectives, and actively participate in client engagements and strategic planning sessions.
- Devise and refine procedures and controls, catering to user requirements and functional specifications to enhance efficiency.
- Craft high-calibre presentations and reports to succinctly convey project outcomes.
Requirements
Your profile
- a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital/business transformation consultancy.
- A track record of leading transformation projects within strict deadlines.
- Deep-rooted expertise in the financial services sector.
- Stellar client engagement skills with an aptitude for nurturing client relationships.
- An entrepreneurial spirit complemented by superior relationship-building capabilities.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a dynamic attitude.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving talents.
- Fluent in English and (near) native in Dutch or French.
Please note: Relocation support to Belgium is not available, and this role cannot accommodate fully remote work.
