Our platform includes tools like Arine Elevate for quality improvement, Arine Resonate for predictive analytics, and Arine Luminate for improving high-risk, high-cost outcomes. We use artificial intelligence to integrate clinical, behavioral, and social data, helping us understand care patterns and prioritize interventions. Our clinical intelligence addresses complex health conditions, crafts guideline-based recommendations, and tailors outreach programs. These insights are combined through Medication Intelligence to provide care teams with streamlined tools, maximize effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

We serve clients managing Medicare, Medicaid, Special Needs, and Commercial populations, including over 45 health plans (five national, seven Blues plans, two national PBMs). Our platform has engaged over 30 million client members and produced more than 40 million recommendations annually. Clients have seen over a 10% decrease in total cost of care, a 40% reduction in hospitalizations, and have achieved 4-5 Star Ratings.

We were founded in San Francisco, CA in 2017, commercializing our platform in 2019. In 2024, we ranked 236 overall and 5th in AI on the Inc. 5000 list.
