We are looking for a Project Manager - Workforce Planning (f/m/x) to join our People Organisation and Development Team. In this pivotal role, you will directly support AUTO1 Group’s strategic growth initiatives by ensuring our workforce planning aligns with our ambitious business goals. As Europe’s leading digital automotive platform, AUTO1 Group is shaping the future of the used car market through our innovative brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com. Your work will be essential in enabling our teams to scale and succeed as we continue to expand and innovate.
Job Description
Support department leaders in structuring their teams in line with people policies and business objectives, directly contributing to AUTO1 Group’s growth strategy.
Assist leaders in managing their staffing budgets, ensuring staffing plans are within budget and support the company’s business goals.
Oversee position management processes: open and close positions, update position details as needed, and ensure positions are available for hiring to support Talent Acquisition activities.
Collaborate on internal staffing processes such as promotions and internal transfers.
Serve as the main point of contact for position management questions, providing timely and helpful support to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR Business Partnering, business operations, or project management, ideally with exposure to people-related processes.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional European language skills are a plus.
