Bits of your job:
Assist in conducting quality audits by reviewing customer service and payment, learning to assess adherence to procedures and identify performance trends using structured evaluation criteria.
Support the analysis of customer support tickets to help detect recurring issues, evaluate response effectiveness, and contribute to data-driven insights for improving operations.
Help compile and present audit reports featuring key performance metrics, trend analysis, and compliance rates, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of findings.
Observe and monitor customer interactions using predefined quantitative and qualitative metrics, identifying areas where improvements can be made.
Participate in process improvement initiatives by assisting in interpreting audit results, identifying potential root causes, and collaborating with the team to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
