👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply your skills in coding by making all our websites Google Friendly.

• Implement new features in our existing websites & devise proper technical solutions for them.

• Keep up with new technological trends, present ideas for new implementations, any ideas to improve our current systems (or processes) will always be looked at.

• Troubleshoot, detect and evaluate issues.

• Devise appropriate solutions for new products within the existing constraints, and execute those solutions.

• Work alongside one of our Lead Developers to support the technical development of our team, fostering a collaborative work environment to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

🛠 Must-Have Skills

• At least 5 years working in Web Development

• Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country)

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

• Proficiency in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and Typescript

• Experience with WordPress or Laravel, or at least willingness to learn both

• Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases

• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills but also the ability to work alone

• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and boost productivity

• Open mindset toward integrating emerging AI workflows into day-to-day tasks—from code generation and debugging to documentation.
