Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a solid background in accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for accounting and finance positions — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. Your accounting knowledge will allow you to accurately assess technical skills and ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for accounting and finance roles
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical accounting abilities
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on role requirements and market trends
Maintain an active pipeline of accounting talent for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
2+ years of Recruitment Experience in Accounting/Finance roles
Prior experience in accounting or finance (e.g., accountant, auditor, finance associate)
Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
