About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented r ecruiting professional to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and eager to learn the foundations of recruiting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll play a critical role in helping us find top talent. You’ll spend most of your time identifying candidates online, reaching out to them, and supporting the recruiting pipeline. You may also have the chance to conduct initial outreach calls and gain hands-on experience with tools, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
Craft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates
Manage and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Schedule and occasionally participate in introductory calls with candidates
Learn best practices in talent acquisition and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate or someone early in their career (Bachelor’s degree)
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Interest in recruiting, people operations, or talent acquisition
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Points For:
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or other sourcing tools (not required)
Previous internship or part-time work in HR, recruiting, or customer service
