Greenhouse is looking for a Recruiting Operations Consultant, Managed Servicesto join our team! This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful and widespread impact across Greenhouse’s most strategic customers while helping shape and scale a high-impact Managed Services model.
As a Recruiting Operations Consultant, Managed Services, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of complex Enterprise customers, combining hands-on execution with strategic consulting. You’ll manage a book of business, lead system and process improvements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.
This is an ideal role for someone with deep Greenhouse expertise, a passion for operational excellence, and a desire to drive outcomes as scale - all within a fast-growing, customer-centric team.

What you’ll do
- Oversee a tailored book of Enterprise accounts across industries and varying levels of complexity
- Deliver strategic and tactical work such as system configuration, reporting, structured hiring guidance, job template standardization and more
- Integrate into customer workflows and tools while applying Greenhouse best practices to drive outcomes
- Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Sales and Support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and delivery priorities
- Maintain change logs, permission audits, process documentation, and system hygiene for your book of business
- Contribute to department KPIs including renewal rates, NPS scores, verified outcomes and more
You should have
- Greenhouse experience — 5+ years of hands-on work across GHR implementations or in-house administration, ideally with multiple orgs
- Recruiting Operations or Consulting background — proven track record of delivering value in recruiting operation, managed services, or advisory work
- Greenhouse recruiting operations fluency — experience with structured hiring, permissions auditing, reporting workflows, and in-app admin
- Technical problem-solving — skilled in configuration, troubleshooting, and navigating system limitations
- Autonomy and prioritization — ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-quality work across competing prioritie
- Communication skills — articulate, proactive, and confident leading calls, presenting to stakeholders, and managing expectations

The national pay range for this role is $119,000 - $150,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 13 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have unlimited paid time off (PTO).
