Summary
The job is for a Recruitment Specialist at Tutor Me Education, responsible for improving and implementing the current recruitment process, assessing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, setting up a recruitment pipeline, networking with potential hires, collaborating with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager, using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, and guiding candidates through the application process. The role is fully remote and offers PTO.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
- Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month)
- Must be willing to work the night shift
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Interviewing candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
- Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes
- Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
