Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Seasonal)

Location: Remote

Work Shift: PHT

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/3-month contract (with the possibility to transition to a FT membership based upon performance)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts during our peak hiring season. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leads to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for matching people with the right job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the posting of job openings, resume reviews, candidate shortlisting, and facilitate onboarding discussions.

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews (via Zoom or Google Meet) to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with the internal HR team to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and sending follow-up communications.

  • Handle client communication as instructed/assigned.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a seasonal or high-volume hiring environment.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping people find the right job.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
