Seeking Lateral Partner in Real Estate & Title Claims Litigation Law Division
MUST CURRENTLY WORK AT A LAW FIRM
Starting salary - $225K
A yearly bonus is offered that potentially equates to 1M annually
Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm
MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE THEY APPLY TO WORK IN

Our real estate litigation and title claims litigation group has extensive experience representing the title insurance industry and insured purchasers and lenders in all aspects of title insurance coverage and related title claims litigation. We are adept at the analysis of lien priorities and the action needed to clear the title to conform to the insurance coverage. We also prosecute claims of agent defalcations or agent error and have a proven trial record of recovery for the underwriter.
