Job description
o Understanding customer requirements during pre-sales and effectively working for ideal solution for storage and tools.
o Work with related project department, logistics and subcontractor during delivery
o Installation, management and configuration of storage devices
o Installation and maintenance of related management tools
o Post Installation support
o Experienced 3-5 years for installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting Enterprise IT products & solutions
o Good understanding of storage types; block (FC, iSCSI), file(CIFS, NFS), object (S3), backup (Deduplication,Compression)
o Good understanding of RAID technologies
o Good understanding of storage technologies SAN, NAS, DAS, Scale-up, Scale-out,
o Experienced in one or more Virtualization technologies such as FusionCompute, Vmware, Hyper-V
o Experienced in one or more VDI such as FusionAccess, Citrix, VMware Horizon
o Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
o Experienced one or more storage products; Huawei, DELL-EMC, HP, Hitachi
o Experienced one or more server products; Huawei, Dell-EMC, HP, Lenovo, Cisco
o Experienced with SAN Network Devices; Brocade, Cisco
o Experienced with Server Operating Systems; Linux, VMware, Windows
o Experienced with base IP network and network switch configurations,
o Need to work at customer sites and Data Centers,
o Flexible working hours, working at night time on site or remote operations,
o No travel problem to other cities
