Job Description
We are looking for an RPA Analyst/Developer to join our team!
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot’s which will interact with multiple third-party applications
- Continuous improvement of software development best practices
- Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables
- Test, monitor and evaluate solutions
- Collect, analyses the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath
- Involvement in AI related projects (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning)
- Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus
- Previous Experience in software development
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Language Skills:
- Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
- French is a plus
Soft Skills:
- High level of analysis and problem-solving capability
- Organization, process, and client focus oriented skills
- Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management
- Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
Additional Information
- Hybrid (2 days/week) working model in Lisbon, but during the first 3 months, more on-site presence will be required.
