Weโ€™re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to lead our outbound and inbound sales efforts targetingย foodservice distributors. Youโ€™ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycleโ€”from prospecting and qualification to demoing, negotiating, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about solving real problems for a legacy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for foodservice distributor accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to distributor workflows and pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to optimize lead generation and qualification.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across operations, sales, and IT.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights.

Qualifications

  • 3โ€“7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into supply chain, logistics, or foodservice verticals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice distribution landscape is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
