The Role
Working closely with our Commercial Director, youโll be a Sales Enablement Specialist who will be instrumental in empowering our sales teams to perform at their peak. You will bridge the gap between sales and organizational goals by equipping our commercial teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team is consistently prepared to effectively engage with prospects and customers, ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare.
What youโll do
Content Creation & Management. Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, presentations, case studies, product sheets, and whitepapers.
Sales Training & Onboarding. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales organization, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
Tool Implementation & Support. Assist in the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of sales enablement tools and CRM systems (like HubSpot) that drive sales productivity and efficiency.
Sales Process Optimization. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement within the sales process. Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement best practices, creating playbooks and resources that guide sales representatives through complex scenarios.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to streamline sales strategies, align messaging, and ensure sales teams have the necessary support and up-to-date product information.
Performance Analysis & Iteration. Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, gathering feedback from sales teams and leveraging data to inform strategy and continuously improve content relevance and program effectiveness.
What we will look for
3+ yearsexperience in a sales enablement role, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields (not essential but preferred).
Proven success in developing content, delivering training, or supporting sales teams in a high growth, fast paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable instructions and articulate value propositions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of accountability.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about professional growth opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems.
