Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM/MDM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing product data governance, ensuring data quality, and enabling seamless integration across business units. Fluency in German is required to collaborate effectively with our client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage SAP PLM and MDM modules to support business processes and operational efficiency.
Support product data governance and manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Drive compliance with data quality standards and master data management best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to streamline data flow across departments.
Identify and implement process improvements related to product and master data management.
Provide technical and functional expertise during SAP PLM/MDM projects and integrations.
Support end-users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Fluency in German (spoken and written).
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PLM and SAP MDM.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes and master data governance.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good to Have
Experience in SAP integration with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with engineering change management, BOMs, and related PLM processes.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering-focused organization.
